I made it very clear I had men on site working the weekend and the skip was essential. I phoned to check up, I was told it would come. It didn't come and and I received no call or communication. The wages of the guys who couldn''t dig foundations was big. I have been offered £35 plus vat off my next skip! There is no loyalty - very short sighted.
